people who in general do not have access to healthcare, and are in need of some kind of care
How are they involved?
the patients are directly affected, because they will receive the healthcare they need
the patients are the primary stakeholder
the patients are the primary group that this project would be made for
vary by needs and by community

Who is it?
a cluster of these patients in need
targeted communities can be determined by whether or not they have a hospital nearby
target communities could also be determined by rates of uninsured people in this community
How are they involved?
people within the community receive more healthcare and have their needs fulfilled
could improve death rate in community
could lower rates of diabetes, heart attacks
could lead to a happier and healthier community
if more people have their health issues taken care of, perhaps more of these people will be employed and therefore help the community prosper
the community itself will most likely invite this organization to come, based on need

How are they involved?
financially, they benefit from this project
they must pay attention to who the community is, and what their needs may be
provides the structure for these medical practices to take place in. they have the opportunity to provide the facility where many people will gain the help they need
they also must pay attention to what medical equipment is needed, where it will fit, how much weight it needs to hold, etc.
the architect and design team directly influence how this space will be utilized and how efficient it will be
volunteers and employees
Who is it?
doctors
nurses
general employees
receptionists
parking control
people to re-stock
people to clean
How are they involved?
no matter who it is, they will have to take time out of their day to travel to these communities to provide care to these people
they are not financially compensated
they are directly doing an act of kindness to various communities with no financial compensation. so they are less being affected by this project, but more affecting it themselves by being an asset
they allow for these patients to get what they need without having to dish out a lot of money, or have an incredible health plan
volunteers and employees are one of the largest contributors to making sure mobile healthcare would actually function smoothly. without them, the operation couldn't operate
the organization
How are they involved?
they would benefit from having a thought-out, designed structure to work out of
ability to work in northern states (colder temperatures)
might not need to spend days unpacking and setting up
easier travel
they will only need to worry about funding and getting volunteers, not so much about the actual occupation of space
Who is it?
Remote Area Medical
they already work to bring healthcare to those in need around southern states
they currently operate out of trucks and big tents in parking lots
they raise $1.8 million per year to fund this operation
there are also other organizations in the country like Remote Area Medical that also do mobile healthcare, but they primarily target southern states and set up in parking lots, or they occupy stadiums or empty buildings.
it is extremely important to work through a non-profit organization
they provide funding
they reach out to doctors and find a volunteer team
they already have a smooth operation and ideas of what their needs are
material and equipment suppliers
Who is it?
this type of architecture requires specific material needs
transportable
lightweight
weather resistant
How are they involved?
they are probably secondary or tertiary stakeholders
not directly involved through the entire process
primarily involved during initial construction and stocking
may have to maintain a relationship with these people in case of damages or equipment re-stocking
primarily involved financially, can benefit from my project's needs
