1 Thessalonians 3:10 - as we pray most earnestly night and day that we may see you face to face and supply what is lacking in your faith?
What is early said
we sent Timothy to establish and exhort you in your faith
for you yourselves known that
we are destined for this
just as you know
we were to suffer affliction
sent to learn about your faith
for fear that somehow the tempter had tempted you and our labor would be in vain
what is now said
but now
Timothy returned from you and learnt the good news of your faith and love, long to seeing and remembered Paul's
Paul's have been comforted through their faith in our distress and afflicition
for now we live, if you are standing fast in the Lord
For what thanksgiving can we return to God for you, for all the joy that we feel for your sake before our God
what is later said
wish
now may God and Lord may direct our way to you
may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another and for all
he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints
Why Paul said
Paul cared about the faith of Thessalonian church and learnt about their good news about their love and faith
reassure their faith
My reflection and action
