Standard 1: Learner
Educators continually improve their practice by learning from and with others and exploring proven and promising practices that leverage technology to improve student learning. Educators:

Teacher should have basic technology skill and literacy. They should be able to naviagate and design curriculum and programs
Standard Required: Educators to stay up date on research, learn how to apply new techniques .
Standard 3: Citizen Educators inspire students positively contribute to and responsibly participation in the digital world.
Technology Skills Required: Educators will need a basis technology literacy.They will also require communication application, such as social media. Lastly must demonstrate competnecy in order to educate students on these topics
Standard Required: Educators must mentor their students in ethical online behavior. This is to ensure and promote the online safety and personal protection. This is vital for the saftey and ability to properly conduct Technology based on society.
Standard 4: Collaborator Educators dedicate time ago collaborate with both colleagues and students to improve practice and share resources and Ideas, ands love problems.
Standard Requires: Educators to work together to collaborate with their teams and their students in order to improve technology and troubleshoot future issue. This standard effects preparation because educators don't have enough time to collaborate and improve these issues.
Technology Skills Required:Beyond basic technology literacy. The educator should be proficient in search engines and online research.
Standard 2: Leader Educators seek out opportunities for leadership ro support student empowerment and success and no improving teaching and learning
Technology Skills Required: Educators need basic technology literacy.Online communication and technology presentation
Standard Required: Educators to advocate for new technology opportunities for their student. Educators should also share their technology with peers to help the overall quality of the institution.
Standard 5: Designer Educators design authentic, learner-driven activities and environments that recognize and accommodate learner variability. Educators:
Technology Required: Standard requires more than basic literacy. This requires an advance grasp on technology. They should be proficient in teaching application, lesson planning application, and presentation application.
Standard Requires: Educators to create a learning experience that will enhance the learner and support independence. Educators are to engage in designing lesson that involve technology.
Standard 6: Facilitator Educators facilitate learning with technology to support student achievement of the ISTE Standards for Students.
Technology Required: Educator will need basic Technology literacy. They will also need to be proficient and advanced understanding to communication application and presentation.
Standard Required: Educators to create a environment where the student can take initiative in participating in online learning.
Standard 7: Analyst Educators understand and use data to drive their instruction and support students in achieving their learning goals. Educators:
Technology Required: Educators who me the Anaylst standard should be proficient and also have an advanced understanding of online resources. Educators should also be proficient in word processor and presentation appplicaiton. Finally, they should also demonstrate these application in their lesson plan and presentation.
Standard Requires: Educators should also show other ways that students can demonstrate competency. It requires that educators design of variety of technology bases assignments and assessments to help guide students, parents, and administrators.
