Eat very little on purpose.
Fear of looking fat.
Have a distorted body fat.
Consequences of anorexia
Low blood pressure.
Slow heartbeats
Weak bones
Bloating and constipation.
Bulimia
People with bulimia
Overeat and can't control it to happen.
To contrarest the effects of eating a lot, they purge, use diuretics, laxatives, enemas, among others.
Judge themselves on their body shapeand weight.
Consequences of bulimia
Low blood pressure
Irregular heartbeats
Blood in vomit or poop.
Tooth erosion.
Binge eating
People with this disorder overeat and feel out of control to stop, they also eat large amounts even when they are not hungry. They eat faster than normal. They dont throw up, use laxatives or exercise a lot. If a person binge eats at least once a week for three months, it may be as sign of binge eating disorder.
ARFID
People with avoidant/ restrictive food intake disorder are not interested in food, lose weight or don´t gain expected amount of weight. People with ARFID dont´t eat because of the smell, taste, texture of food
Conclusion
After our research of eating disorders, we conclude that is is of vital importance to stay aware of our nutritional health and that we mantain a healthy weight, just as it is important to acknowledge a realistic perspective of our body shape and the diet it is best for each one to follow according to their own necesities.

Feeding is the process by which organisms, typically animals, obtain food.
Nutrition
Nutrition is how food affects the health of the body. Food consists of macronutrients including protein, carbohydrate and fat that not only offer calories to fuel the body and give it energy but play specific roles in maintaining health.
Nourishment
Nourishment is the food that you need to grow and stay healthy.
