The advertisments are extremely environmentally inclined and in addition hilarous. This is perfectly targetted to Gen Z who in a general are more concerned about the environment and have a witty way of being/speaking. It takes matters like animal cruelty, pollution, body-shaming, lactose intolerancy much more light-hearted by creating a joke and/or an artwork surrounding it. Nevertheless making sure to not cross the line into offensive. They have also digitalized their advertisments by creating social media accounts and a webstite (as mentioned in place). Already adapting to the newer times and being able to reach a wider scope of people. As stated before they also used celebrity advertising by partnering with Jimmy Fallon. Finally they stick to a almost child-like and peaceful aesthetic of green valleys, blue skies and perfect foamy white clouds making it not only nice to look at but easy to recognize (like the macdonalds M symbol.

In Sao Paulo there are three Ben and Jerry's stores but the most successful one is the one located in Oscar Freire (picture above). The reason for its success is the fact that Oscar Freire is a very popular shopping street where a lot of people go to do their shopping and spend a lovely evening. Strategically speaking after a lot of shopping and/or walking one gets tired and/or hungry and Ben and Jerry's has the perfect smell, aesthetics and comfortable seating to lure these customers in. Additionally they are the only ice cream shop in the perimeter so they don't face any competition. Unlike the store that they briefly opened in Pinheiros, but soon after closed due to the lack of clients. Based on my analysis I would say this was due to a not so great looking or inviting shop and many wildly successful ice cream shops nearby.

They also have a personal website where the customer can order their ice cream and have it delivered to their house following an easy online process. It also indicates in which stores each flavor/type of ice cream they offer is sold and even hosts parties and buffets. Also giving background information on who they are and what their mission is. This allows easy access to the customer to buy any of their products whilst simultaneously offering them more they might not even been aware of to begin with. With interactive options and cool visuals the website is definitely made to capture they viewers attention. Moreover this website tailors to their customers needs by facilitating the purchase and saving them money and time for transportation.

The prices of Ben and Jerry's products in Brazil usually range from R$14-45 reais always differing depending on the type, flavour and size. For example the Netflix ice cream is three times as expensive as any other regular pint of ice cream of the same size. I believe this is due to the name and the weight that it carries with it or the fact that it is a relatively new product. Additionally the vegan one's are also more expensive usually retailed at R$40. This on the other hand is a different story, making vegan ice cream is undeniably more expensive as plant based milks are more expensive than regular milk. However the client can also rest assured that for almost all the products(the Netflix one being the exception, they are getting what they payed for. It is a good quality product, produced by good people who are concerend with ethics and the environment.
