Anger
Body Language : For anger, my body became stiff and it was like I was trying to hit someone or something.
Voice : For anger the voice will be loud. The person should be yelling out their thoughts, there should be some frustration.
Actions : For anger the actions are aggressive, the actions are loud and of the violent nature. One example of this can be stomping the ground
Hope
Actions : For hope the actions include a resting face, walking around hoping for something, thinking etc.

Body Language : For hope the body language will be happy. Your body will be bouncy but all anxious because you are hoping for something to happen.
Depression
Actions : A few actions to indicate depression include walking very slowly, always thinking about something, face always looking down while doing anything.
Voice : For depression the voice will be low pitched. The pace will also be slow which can help show depression and disappointment.
Body Language : For depression the body language will be similar to grief. The body will be slouching with shoulders down and face always looking down
Sad
Actions : For sad the actions will be similar to depression. A few actions to indicate sadness include walking very slowly, always thinking about something, face always looking down while doing anything.
Voice : he voice will be low pitched. The pace will also be slow which can help show depression and disappointment.
Body Language : For sadness/sad, my body remained stiff but it was with my shoulders down and my body was not very energetic.
Joy

Body Language : For joy, my body was freely moving and was energetic
Happiness
Actions : For happiness the actions will include moving your body energetically. While walking there can be a few jumps and hops to show happiness and excitement.
Voice : For happiness the voice will be high pitched, there can be a few high pitched happy squeals also.
Body Language : Happiness was similar to joy but there was a smile on my face but the energy level remained the same.
Grief

Actions: For grief the actions will be minimal This emotion usually occurs when something bad happens so the action should be minimal for example putting your hands on your forehead and then bending down in disappointment.
Voice: For grief the voice will be low pitched. The voice will have some disappointment and disbelief in it.
Anxiety
Actions : For anxiety the actions will include walking in a fast pace, moving your head up and down, showing some tension on the face etc.
Voice :For anxiety the voice will be nervous and trembling. There will be some silences and some tremors while talking or saying anything.
Body Language : For anxiety, my body was shivering because I didn't know what was going to happen.
