4: The role
We try to adjust to the role in our society
We follow the laws of our role
We have loyality to this role
In this stage the idea about that the society is always good organized is very strong

Stage 5 and 6
Post-conventional stage
This stage is very hard to find
5: Justice
In this stage we start to think more about the justice than the law
The ethic start to have influence
6: Universal ideas
Here they don't care about the laws
The ethic start to have influence
The laws are questionated
The values and Religion have influence in the ideas
Ideas inspired on universal ideas and groups
Seen in adults
Stage 1 and 2
Reward
We try to find a reward at the end
For example money or things that the other people is going to give us if we do something for them
This stage is commonly seen in the children or teenagers
The punishment
In this stage we try to avoid any punishment
The punishment can be of the superiors
We can say that this stage is based on selfish ideas
it is called the pre- conventional stage
