-Dish washer: wash dishes (clean and dry dishes).
-Dish dryer: dry dishes ( check everything is in the right place, tidy cup board under the sink, put dish towels and dish cloth away).
-Unit manager: clear the table, wipe off table and counter (sanitize), sweep unit floor; out chairs in order, wipe stovetop and front cupboards, open cupboard and every drawers for unit check.
-special duties: get supplies, replace someone in the group ( if they are not here).
