How I use Todoist
Keep sections instead of projects
Adding recurring task is so easy in todoist
Prioritising tasks - color coded helps
Emails, Social Media etc, block no of minutes during the day. So not too much of individual items on calendar. Only the blocks from here.
Setting 1 hour, ie from 9am to 10am. Only duration of time.
Definition : Blocking certain time like 9am to 10am

Work, learning German, learning Spanish, learning Ukulele, Bike ride, doing exercise, reading, content creation.
Create labels in todoist
Schedule time on the tasks to show up on calendar
Note : Planning is much better than without a plan
