Heredity
Phenotype
The physical appearance of an organism, phenotype is a result of different gene combinations aka the organism's phenotype.
Examples: Hair Color, Eye Color
Genotype
The genetic combinations that make-up an organism. The organism's genotype determines the phenotype of that organism.

Cell Division
Mitosis
This is a type of cell division that takes place in body cells only! The nucleus divides containing the same number of chromosomes. This is an asexual process that happens in eukaryotic cells.
Examples: Body cells and this happens asexually, two daughter cells are produced.
Meiosis
This is a type of cell division that results in four daughter cells that each contain half the number of chromosomes of the parent cell, as in the production of gametes (sex cells) and plant spores. (Happens through sexual reproduction.)
Examples: Gametes(sex cells) and this happens sexually, four haploid daughter cells are produced as a result.
