Hygiene
Brush your teeth at least two times a day.
Use a good tooth brush/paste.
Say ABC's when brushing.
Wash your clothes and body.
Wash with good soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Take a shower/bath at least once a day.
Wash your clothes after you wore them with a good detergent.
Groom yourself.
Brush your hair at least once a day.
Men shave face regularly.
Women shave legs and armpits, etc.
Healthy Diet
Use the 5 main food groups.
Grains
bread, pasta, rice, etc.
Proteins
meat, eggs, fish, nuts, beans, etc.
Vegtables
broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, celery, etc.
Fruits
oranges, bananas, grapes, etc.
Dairy
milk, yogurt, cheese,etc.
Stay away from junk food.
Soda's, chips, candy,etc.
Exercise
Taking a short walk or run two or three days a week.
Walking your dog.
Running at your local track or on a treadmill.
Working out in a gym or at home a few day a week.
If at home do things like push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, etc.
Mental Health
Reduces Stress
Getting enough sleep:
Going to bed on time.
Putting electronics away.
Taking a "break"
Have a day to yourself every now and then.
Just sit down put the electronics and work away.
Exercising can relieve stress.
Taking a walk or a quick run a few days a week.
Joining a gym or just do a quick workout at home.
