The main use of the children is to ask questions about the environment that there in.

Potential Solutions

Parents play little to no real role but my have an insight if there children have stated Information about any improvement in the past.

As staff have to manage and watch over the Kids that may be able to have suggestions them self.

The staff also my get information about what the Kids may won't at they could ask them or even if the kid as came to talk to them before which this could be used for the solution.

The staff also want something to be added or improved upon

Parents may have suggestions about the times that OSHClub is open and other things about picking up and dropping off

Task Brief

You will work closely with the stakeholders at the MBBC OSH Club to seek problems at the centre and design possible solutions to enhance the user experience based on the needs and wants of the stakeholders
