Functionality
Standard Users
View listings of all available centre activities, as well as from centres further away, filtering when neccessary for ease
Without needing to sign up for an activity, save it to a listing to view later if they want to change their mind
Sign up to the community centres webpage, and approving of any appropriate notificaitons, whether via email or phone

Can filter activities (by time, place, age, cost) and find certain ones that they want,
Community Management
Should have the ability to view all activites for their indervidual community centre, both approved and pending

Should be able to create, edit, delete and approve different activities for indervidual community centres
View listings of registered users, whether as a whole for all centres or indervidually
Logging in through an administrative account should provide the same standard view as a generic user, with minor chnages to ui
Whether through colour, profile icon, or extra ui options (buttons to 'locked' parts of the website
as well as all appropraiet info, ie. phone numbers, activity history ect.
Easily find user info, particularly when contacting them indervidually is required
Approving activities through simply having listings of 'approved' and 'not approved' where admin can consider each activity on a case by case basis, rejecting or editing where required
Viewing mediums
Must have the ability to scale between different sized devices ie. desktops, laptops, phones (both landscape and portrait)
Using CSS to create a modular display, in which set dimensions are not required and will instead be found dependant on the user's device
Algorithms
Signing up for the program as well as updating user info, for personal use and for the Gov.
Data verification, such as information about activites or for users sign in data, ie. passwords, emails, usernames

ie. receiving notifications, verification etc.
Filtering to find the nearest community centre by location, availbe activies, open to age groups, days open etc.
Finding specific activies, searching through all centres (or within a specific radius) and sorting by filters
Age, how many people, time/date, cost
User Interface
Colourscheme, logos and layout must be consistent throughout the application. Otherwise risking the accessibility and learnability
All information presented must be useful, meaningfull and without 'waffle', not being repetitive and cluttered

Visual and audio feedback to the user where appropriate, ie. when logging into the application, signing up both for the app and notifications

Needs to follow a regular normalisation process, generating the most refined version possible to provide easiest actions for the program
Change information with activities within certain community centres, alongside the need to create or dismiss specific community centres as a whole

Allowing users to input their suburb, to find their closest commmunity/neighbourhood centre

Requirements

Presenting all admissable legal information, whether that be about users' personal information, or copyright aggreement
The web page itself must also follow all copyright laws and guidlines, especially since its a Govenment application
