Types of circuits, parallel and series parallel
SERIES CIRCUITS: A series circuit consists of a single pathway through which electricity can flow. All of the parts of a series circuit—power source, wires, and devices—are connected along the same pathway; the devices are connected one after another, with no branches. Current moves through one device, then the next, and so on.
-
PARALLEL CIRCUITS a parallel circuit, all components are connected across each other, forming exactly two sets of electrically common points. A “branch” in a parallel circuit is a path for electric current formed by one of the load components (such as a resistor).

SERIES PARALLEL COMBINATION CIRCUITS
In a series circuit, all components are connected end-to-end, forming a single path for current flow. In a parallel circuit, all components are connected across each other, forming exactly two sets of electrically common points.
Main electric variables. Ohm,s law
RESISTANCE : opposition to the flow of the electric current
CURRENT: amount of electrons flowings throuwt a coductormover a certain time
VOLTAG OR PROTENTAL DIFFERENCE: difference in electrical energy between two points
OHMS LAW : the german scientist georg simon ohm 1789- 1854 cam eup with an equation relatin these tree wariables

CONDUCTORS
a substance or body capable of transmitting light, electricity, heat, or sound Copper is a good conductor of electricity.

SHORT CIRCUITS
an electrical circuit in a device of lower resistance than that of a normal circuit, especially one resulting from the unintended contact of components and consequent accidental diversion of the current.

A power source is a source of power. Most commonly the type of power referred to is: ... Electric power, the rate at which electrical energy is transferred by an electric circuit; usually produced by electric generators or batteries.

Push switches have a stable position: they change status when we press them , but only for as a long as we keep them pressed. These switches can either be normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), depending on what they do before they are pressed
-
Two way switches have two positions. When we press them, they change from one position to the other. Look at the figure below. The switch has two positions.A, and B. When the switch is in position A, the lam lights; when it is moved to position B, the motor startscircuito

An electric circuit includes a device that gives energy to the charged particles constituting the current, such as a battery or a generator; devices that use current, such as lamps, electric motors, or computers; and the connecting wires or transmission lines.

A unit load device (ULD) is a pallet or container used to load luggage, freight, and mail on wide-body aircraft and specific narrow-body aircraft. It allows a large quantity of cargo to be bundled into the load devices

Controls and Controllers are mechanical, electro-mechanical, or electronic devices which use input signals to change conditions or values in processes or oversee access to buildings, gated areas, etc. ... Some controllers are simple manual devices for controlling air flow, for instance.

Two way switching means you can switch the same light fixture from two switches that are located in different sides of a room. Two way switches have a COM terminal as well as L1 and L2 terminals. When L1 is off L2 would be on.
