1939: not longer after the spanish war, the second world war started after germany invaded poland who was friends with france, who then declared war on germany with the U.S.S.R attacking first. But that still didn't affect Germany with Adolf hilter still bent on taking over Poland but with Poland being friends with France and Britain making it harder for them. On august 23 something called the german soviet nonaggression pact was signed in moscow meaning that germany and the U.S.S.R would share poland
After a lot of fighting, ending with the germans losing on september 2 1945 with poland keeping its land.
