Must be a resident in the US for 14 yrs.
Must be a native born citizen
Vice President becomes President if the current one dies, resigns, or is removed.

Conducts foreign relations and creates treaties
Enforce laws passed by Congress
Commander in Chief
Veto or cancel bills
Pardons- can grant freedom from punishment to persons convicted of federal crimes or facing criminal charges
