Ghana like other African countries remains highly in debt and poor.

To govern a state means to apply economy, to set up an economy at the level of the entire state.

In the 16th century economy signified a form of government but in 18th century it it became a designate a level of reality, a field of intervention, through a series of complex processes.

The Washington Census failed to eradicate poverty in Africa and elsewhere in the developing world.

Instead these countries continued to accumulate more debt and were increasingly unable to provide basic social services.

Ghana has a long a history of associating with IFI's and IMF's.

Ghana has also benefitted from much international assistance in the form of debt relief and increased bilateral and multi lateral aid.

But hasn't shown any sustainable growth or reduction of poverty, instead over the years Ghana have become more in debt.

How can we understand the global thinking of poverty over time and space?

Foucauldian and postcolonial analysis suggest the need for a more nuanced approach to understanding the role of civil society within policy spaces and political space more broadly.

There are three fundamental types of government each of which relates to a particular science or discipline.

There most be a type of governance that should apply to the state as a whole and cover all the aspects.
