      - Personal Values and Morals - the items that people value and the morals by which they live
      - Life Experiences – experiences also shapes lives and, ultimately, ethics.
      - Situational Factors –factors that arise, often unexpectedly, may influence a person’s ethics.
  - - - A Business Exhibits Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Through:
      - their values
      - ethics
      - contributions it makes to communities
      - CSR is driven by a desire to protect customers and to treat employees and shareholders fairly.
  - - - Business model that involves promising people payment or services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme
        Your income is based mainly on the number of people you recruit, and the money those new recruits pay to join the company — not on the sales of products to consumers
    - - A company generates returns for older (and bigger) investors through revenue paid by new investors, instead of from legal business activities
        They typically offer big short-term returns to new investors so they re-invest. Eventually the money runs out & the scheme falls apart
