Laissez-Faire
This type of leadership is more relaxed and supportive. They are usually more laid back and give little to no direction. They trust their employees will complete their work.
Democratic
This leadership style focuses on the input of others. They are more concerned with how decisions are made and that everyone has a voice.
Autocratic/Authoritarian
These leaders take authority and are more controlling. They are more oriented towards productivity and goals. They also tell others what to do and usually do not look for other opinions or input.
