Writing an informative or an explanatory text using the names of topics, giving related details, and a sense of closure given to the audience.
-
Supply/find facts and reasoning to help explain your topic and why it is so important that you chose it.
-
Do not put own opinion into your writing. Example: "I like this type of animal because..... and that is why I am writing about it...."
Use different resources to help example your thinking. Use resources from different sources that have the correct information that is for your writing.
-
Can use information from the same sources, but make sure it is spread out throughout your assignment.
Give the reader a sense of closure and a wrap up to everything that you talked about and bring it all in.
Start the conclusion with a point that the reader knows you are ending your writing. Like "In Conclusion," or "As I said before."
