        Through the video we use different pronouns to get the most impact to the viewer
        
        we use normal and natural tone of voice
        
        we state in the text the main points we want to make impact on the viewer
        
        Imagery
        
        We represent in the imagery all genders and variety of ethnicity to connect to a wider target group
        
        As the target group is more likely to work in an office, we show office workers instead of other jobs
        
        With the imagery in the first two sections the goal is to ewoke memories with a positive vibe
        
        With the imagery in the 3rd and final part of the video the goal is tho make the viewer feel the difference of being lonely and having companionship trough the facial expressions of the persons on the video
        
        We use imagery that is familiar and easily recognizable for a typical person living in a western country
        
        Because of the nature of the company and the product we want to achieve a subtle, high quality, sympathetic and a compassionate feeling through out the video
        
        Music and timing
