The significance of wealth is increasing in the life of mankind. Everyone is looking after money to sustain life. Halal doesn't only mean in food. Its also included in what we earn and where we earn it from. Halal earning means: the income earned according to the instructions and the ways approved by Allah SWT and His Prophet (PBUH). Allah SWT says, "Oh you, who believe! Eat the good things we have provided for you and be grateful to Allah if it is Him ye worship." [Surat Al Bagara - Ayah 173] Halal earning is very important. If we earn through the Halal means, whether little or big, it is a great honor and a source of pride for us. It protects us from humility, poverty, begging, laziness, unemployment and corruption. It improves our life, psychology, family and deeds of a Muslim and promotes our status in this world and the Hereafter.
