Team member roles -
Sponsors/Champions - senior level leaders who oversee project at highest level
Business or Process Owners - directly responsible for the process in a leadership capacity
Six Sigma Leaders- certified black belts, in most cases
Project Manager - offers support to Black Belt
Timekeeper - keep meeting on track, help prevent scope creep and increase productivity
Scribes/Minute Takers - records information at meetings
Timelines/Schedules
Integral part of the project process
Milestones
Once timeline is established milestones keep team on track and notify sponsors of progress
Budgets
understanding financial drivers with strong communication and financial oversight keeps project within budget
