Badminton :
Scoring
if rally is won you get the next serve
opponent was serving in the last rally, the serve passes to you; if you were serving, you keep on serving.
have to win game by two clear points if score is 20-20
always say servers score first

SCORING

½ Rounder if the ball is hit and 2nd or 3rd post reached and touched before next ball is bowled - but if you continue this run and are put out before reaching 4th post, the score will be forfeited
Penalty ½ Rounder for an obstruction by a fielder
Penalty ½ rounder for 2 consecutive no balls to same batter
You can score in the normal way on a backward hit but must remain at 1st post while the ball is in the backward area
Penalty ½ rounder to fielding team if waiting batters or batters out obstruct a fielder OUT

Free hit
offences by a player between the 23 metres area
offences by an attacker within 23 metres area
unintentional offence by a defender outside the circle but within 23 metres area

Penalty corner
offences within the circle
for intentional offences outside circle but in 23 meters area
no more than 5 defenders including the goalkeeper
must be positioned behind the back-line with there stick
hands and feet behind the line
shot must enter below the back board
must stand 5 yards back from free hit
if it is clear that the action is
intentional, umpires should not hesitate to award a penalty corner
