Humbleness
What is humbleness.
Humility is when a person does not see himself as being better or above other people because of frivolous reasons like social standing, education, citizenship, or even color. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was truly submitted to God; his character was one of complete humility and based on sincere trust in God.
How can we treat others with humbleness.
We can treat others with humbleness by being kind to them and not judging them because only Allah can judge.
Why should we be humble and have humanity?
Humility is equivalent to submission to Allah. We should abandon all selfishness and pride in our human power, and stand humbled, meek, and submissive as servants of Allah above all else. Among the Jahliyya Arabs (before Islam), this was unheard of.
Moderate spending
What is moderate spending?
Moderate spending is spending your monely wisely on things that you need or that will help you.
What shold we spend money on?
We spend our money on:
-charity
-clothes
etc
-food
What should we not spend money on?
We should not spend money on simple things that have big names for big prices. Instead of getting the newest but expensive car, we can get a car as good as that but is not that expensive and works perfectly fine
Repentence
How to repent to Allah.
Recite Astaghfirullah constantly. Say it 3 times after every salat and minimum of 100 times a day. It means, "I seek forgiveness from Allah". Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever says, 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi,' 100 times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.
The steps of repenting
The first is responsibility: We must recognize that we have done wrong. The second is regret: We must have true remorse for doing wrong and for the pain and problems we've caused. The third is resolve: We must be committed never to repeat the act regardless of the temptations or situation.
Why we should repent
For those believers who have wronged themselves, the Qur'an asks them to become repentant, seek Allah's forgiveness, and make a sincere tawba. It assures them that if they do this, God will forgive them, and exonerate them from their misdeeds: And O ye Believers!
Patience
Why should we be patience?
Without patience, without avoidance, one cannot gain any valuable achievement.
What did the Prophet tell us about patience?
The Quran says: “Have patience, then, as had the steadfast Messengers before you.” (46: 35). ... One of the teachings of the Prophet talks about a believer (a person of deep faith in God) relying on patience. He makes patience or sabr his divine shield.
What is an ayah or hadeeth about being patient?
Those who will remain patient will enter into Paradise. Allah said in Quran: “Those will be rewarded with the highest place (in Paradise) because of their patience. Therein they shall be met with greetings and the word of peace and respect.” (Quran, 25:75)27
Qualities of a true believer
What is the qualities of a true believer?
(1) They believe in Allah and have no doubts about His existence and sovereignty; they are deeply conscious of His presence. They believe in His messengers and scriptures, and are certain about the reality of the hereafter. (2) They devote their worship to Allah alone.
Why should we be a true believer?
We should be a true believer so we can be in Jennah, the house of Allah
Ayah about true believers
إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ وَجِلَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَإِذَا تُلِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُهُ زَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ
Accountability
What is accountability?
Accountability is one of the core issues of Islam. Everyone is responsible for his/her works and he/she is accountable for that. ... These are not merely our responsibility only but we are accountable for that. It means, we will be asked for each and every action we act in this worldly life.
What does the Prophet tell about accountability?
In Surah at-Tin (verse 6), Allah says: “Save those who believe and do righteous deeds. Then they shall have a reward without end.”
Hadeeth or ayah about accountability
Allah says, “Whoever chooses to follow the right path, follows it but for his own good; and whoever goes astray, goes but astray to his own loss; and no bearer of burdens shall be made to bear another's burden.” (Surah Al-Isra', 17:15).
