Market Penetration
I would negotiate a fee based upon common market fees at the time, honoring no taxes for church purchased properties.
Instead of companies delivering produce, i would like to take advantage of delivering from the farm. Employees doing the delivering.
I would only license others to operate farms through referrals from family, friends, missionaries, or churches
Product distribution through visitors to the farm taking produce home, mission and food bank donations through volunteers

Each employee would be a sales representative
In person and virtual tours would be the biggest selling avenue.
