      - Strategies - Roadmap sharing should be a different session to the check in
    - - TRY An advocate from each team going to the other teams meetings (Dan)
        
        Workload needs to be shared equally
      - Crossover with day to day + internal canddates
      - BAU - should be the set agenda for this meeting. Innovation and project work should be a separate meeting
      - We need to understand all roles available / coming up - A checklist of internal vacancies
      - Review teams that don't have a good balance of skills/experience
