Shrek gets rewarded with a policy that allowed him to kick all the fairytail characters from his swamp.

ORDEAL
While in the castle Shrek fights a dragon, but even after gighting it he didn'gt killed her, since the dragon was in love with donkey, and she would be really useful, at the end he saves the princess.
CRISIS
Even after he got what he wanted, he entered in crisis, since not only all the fairytail characters were gone, but as well he experimented love from the first time and he was sad that he couldn't tell Fiona that he loved her.
RESURRECTION
Shrek decided that he will interrupt the marriage between Lord Farquart and Fiona, but Lord Farquat only wanted to marry because he wanted to became a king, so once he realized that Fiona becamed an Ogre during the night he was so disgusted that he wanted the guards to take her away, butr shrek beat all the guards and Farquat himself, at this moment both confeses each other that they love each other, so they get married.
NEW LIFE
After Shrek and Fiona get married both start a family and shrek realizes that having company isn't terrible after all, and the movie ends with a great concert and they lived ugly forever.
