Increase in food production -- farming will be conducted on large scales which may included the use of chemicals which have a negative impact on the ecosystem

This is to help employers travel to work and reduce the number of cars commuting
Congestion charge
This tried to solve the quality of air and decrease pollution. Also to reduce the amount of congestion in London
Positive outcomes-- Delivery drivers have more constancy where the traffic will be. Also, 10.2 % of traffic has decreased. Pollution has fallen
Why people where against the congestion charge-- More money to pay, scheme adds congestion to other routes as people try to avoid it.
In 2019 the Ultra Low emmision zone was introduced-- Pay much more money
