Data
Data must be dipslayed simply in front of the user rather than on mutliple websites
Given data must be stored in databases and be able to be displayed on the users page in the correct table format
Given data for the activities includes the organisation, activity, description, date, time, money, maximum spots, and status of approval
This information will be stored within a table within the database, labelled as 'sessions'. This will allow for easy reference and and access of the data for the website
Given data for the community centres include organisation, postal address, street address, phone, email and website
The administrator will be able to add community centres
This data will be stored within a table within the databse, labelled as 'centres'. This will allow for easy reference and access of the data for the website
The data displayed in the tables must be in NF3 for the effeciency
Each data entry will have an ID / unique key that will allow for it to be identified and referenced much easier
It is also beneficial in cases where there are two or more people with the same name, to set them apart from one another
Features
Administrator must be able to add new community centres and update data
Community centres are to be promoted, alongside the activities they offer
Community centres created are to be stored in a database with their respective activities
Users should be able to sign up, login in and save activities
Queensland government regulations:
Comply with accessbility guidelines
Include a link to the legal disclaimer
Use a black, grey and blue colour scheme
Must uitlise the Queensland government logo at the top of every page
Users should be able to register accounts for their family members
This would entail a link between the family account and the parent account

Access application on phone or laptop
Needs to be able to view those who have signed up and registered for activities
Parents
Have young children, who they are interested in signing up for activities
Will access via both laptop and mobile interfaces
Need to easily find activities near them using something like a postcode
Older couple
Have children in their teenage years
Travel for work, move around Queensland frequently
Primarily use mobile devices
Move around Queensland a lot, so they need to be able to find activities easily
Administrator
Must be able to add new comunity centres and edit existing data
Must be able to approve activities simply, before they are offered to the public
Travels accross Queensland to meet organizations
Must access on mobile on laptop interfaces
Must be able to access various statistical data

Must be able to save this data as a PDF
Social
Community activities provide positive benefits to those who engage with them
Have the users select a preference for activities so that they can recieve recommendations for activities that they would better enjoy
