In this class, we were supposed to develop SMART goals for each of the activities that we would be performing. These activities were yoga, Tai Chi, the chosen Martial Art and lastly, plyometrics. I needed to look at my performances, and identify aspects that needed improving, after which I would need to create a SMART goal based on this. In this class, I was able to create the goal for all of the activities, and then started working on developing the SMART criteria for the first goal. I was not able to entirely complete the goals in this lesson, but made a lot of progress.
