2021 Quality - Customer Complaints and Inquiries
Total number of external and affiliate repeat customer complaints, defined as the same issue or subtype with the same customer, should be zero. Inquiries and complaints must be acknowledged within 24 hours. A root cause determination with proposed action should be communicated to the customer within 5 days. The issue should be closed in the system within 5 days of receipt. The Account Manager is responsible for acknowledging communication with the customer so that the complaint can be closed. All inquiries should be closed in the system within 30 days of receipt.
2021 Quality - Inventory Adjustments
Quality must approve any inventory adjustments or moves to Rework or Disposal (R, X, or D). Anything over $5,000 must be discussed with me.

2021 Quality - First Pass Quality/First Time Right
The total number of manufactured batches must fully meet laboratory specification testing right the first time no less than 98% of the time. The scope of First Pass Quality covers from “raw materials in” to “finished product out”. If you test the batch more than once, it is NOT First Time Right. This includes in-process testing, intermediate product testing, and finished products testing. Target >98%.
