An escape from reality and a "blast from the past" I use is Disney+. The service promises me to always remind me of my childhood and to keep my innocence. As I watch old/new Disney movies it gives me nostalgia and makes me really happy.
Oldest
dog
This big girl's name is Ria. A promise she makes to me is to be there for me through hard times. When my dad is yelling at me or getting mad, Ria tries to bud in and comfort me. She drops a ball in front of us and tries to get us to play fetch with us.
New puppy
This little boy's name is Kalin. A promise he makes to me is to always put a smile on my face. Every time I go downstairs and see him it always makes me happy. When the only problem in his life is to find his chew toy and be a "good boy."

My oldest brother is Joshua. I call him "Kuya" as a term of respect for the older brother in Filipino. Some promises he makes me are to always protect me and to always tease me about boys. No matter what he knows what is best for me. Just last year I told him about my boyfriend. His girlfriend was best friends with my boyfriend's brother's girlfriend so he trusted my decision.
Dad
My dad's name is Raymond. Instead of dad, I call him "da." Some promises he makes to me is to always love me and support me. My dad has always supported what I want to do. One example of him supporting me is when he loved me playing basketball. I recently decided that I'm taking a break from basketball and I'm not playing for any team. I expected him to get upset at me but instead he respects my decision and allows me to make my own choices.

Middle brother
My second oldest brother is Justin. A promise he makes to me is to always be there if I need him. I can go to him for anything. Recently, I asked him to help me switch my strings for an ukelele, so we sat for about 2 hours and I learned how to.
Mom
My mom's name is Marianne. Some promises she makes to me is to always support my decision and to always sacrifice her time if I need her. Everyday she works hard, takes crap from work, and when she gets home she still has a smile on her face and cooks us dinner.

My faith
My faith is an escape from all my struggles. It promises to give me hope that things will get better. When I went through my depression phase, my faith was one of the only things keeping me from breaking.
Bestfriend
This is my best friend Jack China. A promise he makes to me is to be there with anything I need. When I went through my darkest time last year, he stuck by my side through it all and never gave up on me. With the short amount of time that I've known him, he's gotten closer to me than any of my friends.

Moreau basketball team
The girl's Moreau basketball team promises to keep each other in check. Not only on the court but off the court, we must all have each other's backs and make sure we are acting right.
Middle school friends
I went to Holy Spirit School from Kindergarten to eight grade. The whole class was like my family. Our class got smaller towards the end so we all ended up close. A promise they made to me was to stay in touch through highschool. A lot of them kept the promise however not all.
