Throughout the play, Hamlet is the main character who displays a huge amount of indecision in the way he operates.
Hamlet's indecisiveness is his hamartia because his hesitance cripples the success of certain outcomes
In Act 3 Scene 1, Hamlet's soliloquy demonstrates frustration about how painful and miserable life is and that death (specifically suicide) would be preferable but there is also there fear of what comes after death.
essentially, Hamlet is questioning the value of life and is fed up and depressed with everything around him.

In Act 3 Scene 3 Hamlet doesn't want to give Claudius the luxury of being forgiven while praying and killed because in a way if God accepted Claudius' act of repentance he would've done a favor for his Uncle. It would have meant that Claudius would go scot-free and not pay for the damage he caused the old King and Hamlet. This way of thinking to kill Claudius while he was sinning being
