Present Simple
: we use it to talk about things that happen regulary
We make the present simple with a subject plus a base verb

we use present continuous tense for temporary situations
Structure:

Negative form structure
Subject + auxiliar verb (to be) + auxiliar negative (not) + verb+ ing.
He isn't eating in the school
Interrogative Sentences
Structure:
auxiliary verb (to be) + subject + verb +ing?
Are they learning?
