CONTEXT OF THE NETWORK FOR INTEGRITY ORGANIZATION
Because all countries are affected by corruption, it is essential to take concrete actions. Therefore, various institutions have decided to unite to create the Network for Integrity. The Network aims to develop and provide solutions against corruption and breaches of integrity and transparency.
PROJECT
The Network for Integrity is currently comprised of 14 institutions from 14 different countries on 4 continents. All share common values and perform tasks related to transparency, ethics and integrity of public officials, without receiving instructions from political powers.
The Network has several objectives, including that of facilitating the exchange of information and of best practices among members.

MEXICO - The National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI)
Is an autonomous constitutional body responsible for upholding the right to access to public information held by any authority, entity, body or agency belonging to the executive, legislative and judicial branches, as well as by any individual, moral person or labor union that receives and spends public money or performs acts of authority at the federal level.

WHO THEY ARE?
It is the autonomous constitutional body that guarantees the fulfillment of two fundamental rights: that of access to public information and that of personal data protection.
WHAT THEY DO?
Guarantee in the Mexican State the rights of people to public information and the protection of their personal data, as well as promoting a culture of transparency, accountability.
OBJECTIVES
Guarantee optimal compliance with the rights of access to information.
Promote the full exercise of the rights of access to public information.
Coordinate the National System of Transparency and Protection of Personal Data.
IFT (Federal Institute of Telecommunications)
WHO THEY ARE?
It is the institute in charge of regulating and supervising the networks and the provision of telecommunications and broadcasting services in Mexico.
WHAT THEY DO?
Efficiently develops telecommunications and radio broadcasting for the benefit of users and audiences in the country
OBJECTIVE
Its objective is the efficient development of telecommunications and broadcasting, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the laws in the area of its responsibility.
IMPI (Mexican Institute of Industrial Property)
WHO THEY ARE?
Public body with the legal authority to administer the industrial property system in our country.
WHAT THEY DO?
Guarantees the intervention of the State in the field of protection of industrial property rights.
OBJECTIVE
Make the industrial and commercial activities of the country use the industrial property system as an element of legal protection in the distinction and improvement of their goods and services.
