There is no specific profession, career or livelihood to be using paper towels. They are useful for anyone in any profession career or livelihood.

Most paper towel brands are are quite affordable and don't need someone that has a big economic to be consumed.

I think that most of them value in being clean as they use paper towels which are more aimed for keeping clean.

Singapore

Adults 20-60

Aimed more towards woman (stereotypically) As they are usually the ones that are more interested in cleaning compared to other genders.

To be a consumer of paper towels there doesn't need to be an experience expertise or education of some sort as it is pretty straightforward.

How much does your audience already know, and what information are they missing?

Are they aware of what information they don’t know?

What is their level of familiarity with the subject matter?

I think that my audience knows that there are a lot of problems relating to the consumers choices. However they might be unsure on how to make the best choice and what to look at while making the best choice possible.

They are more likely to be aware of some of the information such as the use of materials that are harmful to the environment and the mistreating of labourers and animals.

I think specifically they are familiar with paper towels however maybe not as much of what is behind paper towels. Meaning the materials they use and the externalities that they cause and so on.

Priorities: What do they hold important above all else? What are they more likely to purchase?

Goals: What do they hope to achieve in the short term and in the long term?

Concerns: What kinds of challenges do they face in their day-to-day lives with which you can help?

Fears: What keeps them up at night? What might they worry about?

They can choose any product or brand that they would like to purchase which makes them above anyone else. They are more likely to be going for the ones that soak up more water or are at a cheaper price.

The goal of the audience is to be informed about everything about the product mainly being the positive and negatives. This is so that they can be informed and further make decisions on what product, brand or type of paper towel they want to buy.

Can help them understand better on what products are better to choose than others and why they are better.

I think that they can be worried about the relevant global warming, climate change, pollution, mistreating of animals and unfairness to the labourers.
