the job description is written with me in mind
I have almost 8 years of experiance
a track record of successfull projects
and a proven experties in agile development processes
at the same time I've developed communication skills
directly by working with senior managers
which means that im well prepared to work on hight-profile cross-department project
I always take my work seriously and i have build a reputation we're going above and beyond
by having aggressive deadlines without sacrifising the quality that i commitied to
I really belive that i have enough experties to start contributing to the company from day one!
the difference between tretton and the company you want
actually i had read a book long time ago called "the decision book"
it introduces 50 models to decide more properly
one of them was "The rubber band model"
wich states that when you are in situation like a dellima
you can ask your self two questions to decide properly
one is "what holds you" and the other one is that what pushes you
so i created a list of both companies
and explored both from different aspects like tech, culture, career path, tech people and so more
and finally i was decided to go with tretton althoug they've send me the offer letter, but i think that tretton would give me lots of motivation to keep growing in my career path and lets me to improve and challenge my self a lot rather than that company
