Ax rules out the hip & SIJ (Sens 89%)
BOTH tests will highly rule out any articular problems with hip joint
FUNCTIONALS
Results come in: Good, fair, Poor

Single leg stance / dip
Hop

Squat
Capacity - Endurance (reps test to failure <30 = bad) IF 'normal' public, older you would expect less
Want to be testing big groups: Glutes, Hams, Quads
Best activity for ABDuctors side plank with leg abduction BEST, if not side hip abduction
Best for Hams Single leg (SL) bridge to failure
Wall sit (45 seconds is fine), don't have to be exactly 90 degrees
OUT COME MEASURES (anything to confirm you are getting results/better)
