- logistically not possible.
- only 3 approved PTCD products in QLD
- May be unable to source required qty of products within time frame

Review operations & geometry - council work (varying volumes), 30% multi lane roads, 70% one lane each way

Would require use of PTSS (traffic lights) unless use cone trucks (some council streets may include 4 or 5 streets off street working on).
Until we fully automate all our paving gear we are still going to have people exposed (working live)
