        does accept when someone tell here she is "crazy"
        
        because it gives the impression people were so surprised that it was like they didn't know her, looks like a loss in trust

        colleagues want me to become an expert in HW design, but that is not where I excel at.
        
        Involves taking (too) many design decisions and it is not flexible
        
        Need to learn and do practical design in peviously unknown CAD.
        
        But I feel I'm better at theorical electronics/design not doing the wiring/placement in the CAD
