Functional Requirements
These refer to the way a system works. These requirements range from the most general to the most specific.
The functional requirements of a system must be complete and consistent, it must include all the services required by the client and there must be no contradictory requirements.

System Requirements
System requirements are detailed descriptions of the feasibility of the project. They also specify the functionality to guarantee the services of the project.

The requirements are the descriptions, the services they provide, and the operating limitations.
Who establish them?
Project engineers and other project stakeholders, such as managers, customers, and end users.

WHAT IS A STAKEHOLDER?
Stakeholder is anyone who has a direct interest in or benefits from the system that is to be developed.
