Encouragement in the form of personal encouragement or descriptive and specific can work wonders.
Teachers can keep a checklist of which encouragement strategies work out or bring improvement in a child's behaviour-eg.Praise in proximity,in front of staff or by sending verbal communications in the form of letters or cards.
Routine
To bring appropriate behaviour in the classroom routine is another important segment which should be done at the end of the lesson, start of the another lesson, during activities, transition corridor, bus queue. What we can do is arriving on time greeting students and being polite.
Relationship
