Some examples of this are when people mix dnas for babies or mixing dnas to create new versions of animals.

Biomass/bio fuels
Some examples of these are gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel.
-
Biossmass and biofuels are fuels created from trees, plants, and other things.
-
Bioremediation
Some examples are bioreacters, bioventing, and more.
Some pros of this are that there's a low cost of treatment and that complete breakdown are possible.
-
Some cons of this are treatment is gonna take longer and that performance evaluations could be difficult.
Stem cells
-
Stem cells are cells that are undifferentiated, meaning they don't have a specific job like other cells.
Examples are the lining of your liver which is replaced every four days and the replacements when worn out cells die.
Pros of using stem cells for research are that success has aleady been shown and more can be lerned by doing it.
Cons of using stem cells for research are that they can't be grown for a long time and that there's no technology that can make a lot of them at one time.
