Assessment
My experiences with Teams "assignments" that use Forms to complete quizzes has been great. They can be created to be auto-marked which saves work and also gives you a view of past grades to show improvement in each student.

Past Grades -> Visualise /Track improvement over time
Regular quizzes seem good at keeping on top of students understanding of various topics. Allows better use of formative assessment methods to impact teaching.
