Oak Academy, Seneca Learning, Bitesize, the almighty Craig and Dave all make great "flipped learning" content.
My experiences with Teams "assignments" that use Forms to complete quizzes has been great. They can be created to be auto-marked which saves work and also gives you a view of past grades to show improvement in each student.
Past Grades -> Visualise /Track improvement over time
Regular quizzes seem good at keeping on top of students understanding of various topics. Allows better use of formative assessment methods to impact teaching.

Creating classes on OneNote (if school uses Office365) is a super effective way of distributing work to students. It is also great for organising lesson materials into different units and such
