Keeping a good dental hygiene is important for the teeth we use to eat, smile talk and drink.

Canines: You have four canines and they are your sharpest teeth, used for tearing apart food.
Molars: molars are your largest teeth. they are used to grind and chew similar to premolars
Incisors: Your incisors are eight teeth in the front center of your mouth, Incisors are the teeth that you use to bite into your food
Brushing your teeth twice with fluoride toothpaste for two minutes each time is very important to maintain good dental hygiene
some food causes tooth decay like sugary food, candy, chocolate, jam, soft drinks and cold drinks,
