        Message : react after other agent react, customer arrives (if have customers agent = insert card), repair (if have repair person agent)
        
        Time out : 60/5 = 12 mins/ 1 customer (particular moment of time) , customer arrive(if don't have customer agent), break down, repair(if don't have repair person as agent)
