Welcoming atmosphere (if an environment)
Have they seen something similar to it before?
Do they use something similar often?
Easy to navigate
Simple layout and buttons (if a system)
Visual signals may be easier rather then written signals?
Focus on what the client wants
No personal ideas
Get to know the client
Ask questions about sunsafety
Ask questions about their own personal interests
Will help to think of a design that will not only teach them sun safety but they will also want to use it
Put yourself in their 'shoes'
What did I like in grade 6?
What did I have when I was in grade 6?
Solving only one piece of the problem won't necessarily fix the whole problem
A system, environment or product that doesn't have one set function?
Has to still be easy to function though
Something that helps the client understand sun safety but is also visually stimulating or helps with other parts of school life
