Learning Process: Learning Readiness
Emphasize the stages of intellectual psychomotor, emotional and maturity development as well as zone of proximal development of pupils
Learning readiness refers to internal situations of an individual who is ready and capable to learn and acquire a certain new experiences in learning.
Factors influencing readiness
Physiological, psychological, hereditary, environmental condition, levels of maturity, cognitive maturity, social maturity, interest and attitude, internal motivation and basic skills and existed experiences.
Suggestions to help students to achieve optimum transfer of learning during learning activities:
Avoid unnecessary learning, since it does not foster transfer.
Use materials that make relationships clear.
Provide meaningful learning experiences that build students' confidence in their ability to transfer learning.
Transfer of learning
Student may be aided by things learned previously.
It is sometimes apparent that previous learning interferes with the current learning task.

Affective
Refers to individual’s attitude, desire, spirit, diligence, feeling and interest to carry learning activity.

Refers to potential or physical maturity to execute a certain physical action in a new learning process.
