AVA E-learning Project: User Journeys Design
Approach going forward
Aim: solution works for all AVA's programmes: can administrate and deliver all online and offline from one dashboard.
Course Type
Live Course
Simulive Course
On Demand/Evergreen Course
A live feed that is broadcast in full HD to all attendees.
There can be up to 5 presenters and 1000 attendees in a live session at any one time.
Some or all of the session presentations are pre-recorded (either professionally produced film or using MS Teams, Zoom etc). We then load the pre-recorded video (in MP4 format) into our webinar platform so that it can play on the day and time of the course as if it were a live presentation.
At the same time the presenter/s can also be live within the webinar room answering questions by text using the Q&A/chat functions or by turning their camera and mic on and speaking directly to camera.
This is where the session is prerecorded (as described in the simulive option), uploaded to the platform and then can be accessed ‘on-demand’ by delegates at a specific time or date. No need for anyone to be in the course at the same time as it is running.
